Our sweet Pimento peppers taste delicious eaten raw, grilled, roasted, sautéed, or baked. Their natural fruity flavor is delicious in grain dishes, soups and stews, and when added to roasted pepper sauces, dips and spreads.
Our other sweet varieties are Sweet Hungarian, Italian Frying Cubanelle, Lipstick, Red Bell, Orange Bell, and Yellow Bell.
Our hot pepper varieties are Anaheim, Ancho, Hot Hungarian, Jalapeno, Serrano, and Red Fresno Chili.
