Our Pimento peppers are sweet and taste delicious when eaten raw. They are also great for grilling, roasting, sautéing, and baking. Their natural fruity flavor is delicious in grain dishes, soups and stews, and when added to roasted pepper sauces, dips and spreads.
Our other sweet pepper varieties include Yellow Bell, Toro de Oro, Hungarian, and Cubanelle.
Hot varieties are Jalapeno, Serrano, Hungarian, Ancho, and Anaheim.
