Our Italian peppers are sweet, with flesh thinner than bell peppers, and have with very few seeds. They are perfect for slicing and frying. Raw, they are crisp and sweet. Frying will impart a delicate smoky flavor. Yummy!
We’ll also have our sweet Toro de Oro, Lipstick, Red Pimento, Hungarian, and Cubanelle varieties.
Our Jalapeno, Serrano, Hungarian, Ancho, and Anaheim varieties are hot and delicious.
We’ll also have Big Beef, Plum, San Marzano, Yellow, and Japanese tomatoes along with our Persian cucumbers and Summer Squash.
